We offer a 12-month warranty on all products we sell. This ensures you have peace of mind when purchasing from us.

What is Covered Under Our Warranty?

The following are covered by our 12-month warranty:

  • Internal Component Failures: Issues such as motherboard defects, faulty RAM, or processor problems.
  • Battery and Charging Issues: Covers internal battery malfunctions and charging port issues, but excludes damage from misuse (e.g., water damage).
  • Screen and Display Malfunctions: Includes problems like dead pixels or unresponsive screens due to internal faults (excluding physical damage).

What is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear & tear: Gradual, expected degradation of the product over time, including, but not limited to, minor scratches, colour fading, or general wear that occurs with regular use.
  • Physical Damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper handling.
  • Water or Liquid Damage: Products exposed to water or other liquids are not covered.
  • Software or Firmware Tampering: Issues arising from attempts to root, jailbreak, or tamper with the device software.
  • Third-Party Repairs or Alterations: Warranty is void if unauthorized service providers attempt repairs or modifications.

Full Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the warranty provided by Snappysteals.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the original purchaser (“you”, “your”) of the product (“the Product”). By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Warranty Duration: The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months starting from the date of delivery. Coverage is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.
  2. Manufacturer’s Warranty: If the Product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, you must exhaust all remedies under that coverage before seeking assistance under our warranty.
  3. Scope of Coverage: Our warranty covers internal defects or failures caused by manufacturing faults. This includes, but is not limited to, internal component failures, battery and charging malfunctions, and screen or display issues arising from internal defects.
  4. Exclusions from Coverage: The warranty does not extend to any damage or issues caused by:
    • Accidental drops, impacts, or mishandling of the Product.
    • Exposure to liquids, including but not limited to water, chemicals, or other fluids.
    • Attempted repairs, modifications, or upgrades by unauthorized third-party service providers.
    • Issues resulting from the installation of unauthorized software, firmware modifications, or any attempts to root or jailbreak the device.
  5. Making a Warranty Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, which includes the original order number, receipt, or invoice, as well as a full description of the issue. If appropriate, we will then arrange a courier to have the product sent to us for inspection.
  6. Assessment and Repair Process: Once a claim is submitted, our service team will assess the issue. If deemed a covered defect, we will offer to repair or replace the Product. Replacements will be subject to stock availability and, if a replacement is not feasible, a similar model or a refund may be offered.
  7. Our obligation under the warranty: If we deem that the Product being claimed for has a defect covered under the warranty, we will do one of the following:
    • Repair: If possible, we will repair the defective Product to restore it to full working order.
    • Replacement: If repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement Product. Replacements are subject to stock availability and may involve a similar model of equal or greater value.
    • Refund: In cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will be based on the current market value of the Product or the original purchase price, whichever is lower.
  8. Damage Assessment and Refusal of Service: If, upon assessment, we determine that the defect is a result of customer actions, including but not limited to accidental or intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs, or for any other reason, the defect does not fall under our warranty criteria, we reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement under this warranty.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective Product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or any other economic loss resulting from the use of the Product.
  10. Additional Terms:
    • This warranty cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.
    • Repairs or replacements made under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
    • Our warranty does not cover aesthetic defects, such as minor scratches, dents, or blemishes that do not impact the functionality of the Product.
