Non-faulty products

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a non-faulty product. We won’t ask why—you just need to return the item in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

Faulty products

If there’s a fault with your product that was present when you received it, simply let us know within 30 days, and we’ll arrange for a return. We’ll inspect the product and either repair, replace, or refund it, depending on what works best for you.

Please remember that we check the serial number and unique identifiers to confirm it’s the same product. Attempting to return a different or damaged product intentionally will result in the return being rejected. You can read more about this in our Fraud Prevention section in the Help & Info Hub.

Full Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the returns policy provided by Snappysteals.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the original purchaser (“you”, “your”) of the product (“the Product”). By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, including all original packaging, accessories, and materials. Products must show no signs of wear, tampering, or use that would make them unsuitable for resale.
  2. Verification of Product Identity: We record the serial number and other unique identifiers of each Product. Any attempt to return a different product, or one that has been tampered with, will be refused. Please refer to our Fraud Inspection guidelines in the Help & Info Hub for further details.
  3. Returns for Faulty Products: Products with a fault present at the time of purchase can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. If a fault develops after this period, it may be covered under our Warranty policy. Proof of the fault must be provided when initiating a return, and our service team will inspect the product to confirm the issue.
  4. Returns for Non-Faulty Products: You may return a non-faulty product within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused, and in the original condition with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a restocking fee if the product is not returned in this condition.
  5. Making a Return: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at support@snappysteals.com within the relevant return period (14 days for non-faulty products, 30 days for faulty products). Include your original order number, receipt, or invoice, and a brief description of the reason for return.
  6. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a thorough inspection. This includes verifying the serial number and checking for signs of use, damage, or tampering. If the product passes inspection and meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7 business days.
  7. Rejected Returns: If the returned product does not pass our inspection due to damage, tampering, or being a different item, the return will be refused, and the product will be sent back to you. Intentional attempts to return a different or damaged product may be subject to further action.
  8. Damage Assessment and Refusal of Service: If, upon assessment, we determine that any damage to the product was caused by accidental or intentional actions of the customer, including mishandling or misuse, the return will be refused, and the product will be sent back. Customers found attempting to return incorrect or tampered items will have their accounts reviewed, and further purchases may be restricted.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for returns is limited solely to the refund or replacement of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or any other economic loss resulting from the use of the Product.
  10. Limitations and Exclusions:
    • Returns are not applicable to items purchased on sale or clearance unless the product is faulty.
    • Products must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Missing items may result in deductions from the refund amount or refusal of the return.
    • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault present at the time of purchase.
  11. Additional Terms:
    • Returns must be processed through our customer service team. We will not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
    • Return processing may take up to 14 days after receiving the returned product.
    • Any refunds issued will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
